Full Circle Wind Services has appointed Phil Goleby as Chief Operating Officer and statutory director. After completing his electrical education and apprenticeships, Goleby began his wind industry career in 2012 with Enercon, where he became National Operations Manager for the UK.
In 2022, he joined BayWa r.e., spending nearly a year in Italy as Strategic Operations Manager before serving as Co-Managing Director for the UK. Most recently, Goleby was Managing Director at SSWUK, an independent UK solar contractor providing construction and operations and maintenance services.
