European Energy has finalised the sale of a 33 MW portfolio of operational wind projects in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, to a fund advised by EB – Sustainable Investment Management (EB-SIM). EB-SIM is a German asset manager focused on ethical and sustainable investments.
The projects form part of European Energy’s repowering work in Germany and operate under the German feed-in tariff scheme. European Energy will keep a 25% share in the assets and continue to provide both technical and commercial management services.
