Caeli Wind has expanded its digital platform to include fully developed wind projects, following the facilitation of a 212 MW ready-to-build project in Bad Berleburg, Germany. The project was transferred from WestfalenWind to Engie Deutschland Erneuerbare as part of the structured process managed by Caeli Wind.

The platform, previously focused on identifying greenfield sites, will now also support the acquisition and sale of ready-to-build assets. Caeli Wind links project developers with investors, utilities and industrial off-takers seeking to expand their renewable energy portfolios. Standardised workflows are used to support project assessment and transactions in a consistent and transparent manner.

For buyers, the approach aims to provide clarity and reduce uncertainty through validated datasets and defined procedures.

Caeli Wind plans to broaden the marketplace further in 2026 to include earlier-stage and smaller wind projects.
