Deutsche Windtechnik has taken on 33 new apprentices in Germany, 31 of whom are specialising in mechatronics. The company continues to train service specialists in-house to meet the long-term demand for turbine maintenance.
Across all apprenticeship years, 102 apprentices are currently in training as mechatronics technicians, including nine women. In addition to mechatronics, apprenticeships are also offered in warehouse logistics, office management, and marketing.
