Iver has completed the acquisition of the service and maintenance activities of ENO Energy Systems, a subsidiary of turbine manufacturer ENO Energy, in Germany. The transaction adds around 60 employees to Iver and expands its service teams and locations. The acquisition also includes access to a fully operational remote control centre.
The Rostock branch will continue to serve as a central base for maintenance, service and project activities in Central Europe. Operations from this site are supported by a network of smaller service hubs across Germany. As part of the deal, Iver has taken over ENO Energy Systems’ remote control centre, which is used for the remote monitoring of wind turbines. Iver has also offered ENO Energy’s existing customers new service and maintenance contracts.
