Vestas secures four new orders totalling 132 MW

Vestas has announced four new orders with a combined capacity of 132 MW across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, contributing to its third-quarter order intake. In Spain, an undisclosed customer has ordered six V150-4.5 MW turbines, totalling 27 MW, with delivery scheduled for the first half of 2026 and commissioning in the second half of the year.

NjordIC to provide UXO consultancy for Zeevonk Offshore Wind Farm

NjordIC has secured a contract to deliver unexploded ordnance (UXO) consultancy services for the Zeevonk Offshore Wind Farm, a joint venture between Vattenfall and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The scope includes interpretation of geophysical data, supervision and support during UXO identification and clearance, onshore advisory services, and provision of ALARP certification to enable safe construction. All work will follow Dutch legislation.
Mammoet-Giant supports jacket marshalling for Greater Changhua offshore wind farms

Mammoet-Giant has been selected by Ørsted Taiwan to marshal 66 wind turbine jackets for the 920 MW Greater Changhua 2b and 4a offshore wind farms. The project marks the first large-scale use of suction bucket jacket (SBJ) foundations in the Asia-Pacific region. To manage the challenges of Taichung Port’s significant tidal variations, Mammoet-Giant deployed its 5,000-tonne capacity SK350 ring crane.
